Give these a whirl

“WOMEN WHO ARE NOT ASPIRING TO BE HUMBLE” AUDIO: While we’re all waiting for the CasaDi remix of this audio clip from VP Harris’ interview on Call Her Daddy, the OG answer/audio will have to do. Use the audio to create a video like this, reacting or relating to her comment on women not aspiring to be humble.

“YOU LOST YOUR CHANCE” AUDIO: This trending audio can be used to share a group/org/person that you once were aligned with that made the assumption that you’d be aligned with them [politically speaking] forever, but failed to put the work in to keep that alignment in tact. This could be a political party, an elected official, and so on. Use the audio through :12 seconds and use text on the video to define the “who” and the “what.”

“DARK & TWISTED” AUDIO: There are loads of spooky things happening across the political space, and this audio can be used to highlight them. This can be used in at least two different ways, including:

  • …over a carousel of images that depict happenings in the political space - think graphics or screenshots of headlines

  • …over a video/clip of someone that you’re trying to warn voters about + details added via text or a graphic that shares something heinous [ex: a video of Mark Robinson + a screenshot of a headline sharing what he’s said/done recently].

“FUCK BEING COOL” AUDIO: This audio is definitely for the candidate or elected official that doesn’t color inside the lines of the curse words etiquette box. It can be used to create a TikTok that essentially points to an “IDGAF about random men” moment or comments that are/have been trickling in because…men. Stylistically, the audio can be used solo like this or with two creators – one playing the part of “speaker” and the other the part of “listener.”

“KEEP IT KAMALA” AUDIO: It’s fun, it’s catchy, and it’s an audio that sounds like it’s giving Kamala a big thumbs up. While like this creator suggests, we’d love to see Kamala HQ use the audio, we also think it would go well with a carousel post that showcases VP Harris’s accomplishments in public service and/or her vision for the future.

CAPCUT TEMPlATES

Give ‘em a whirl

  • Use this template to highlight someone in politics that is laser-focused on doing bad news bears things.

  • Use this template to highlight someone in politics that’s up to no good but denying it.

  • Use this template to share a reaction to something heinous that’s happened or happening.

STITCH THESE TIKTOKS

Jump into the convo

  • Stitch this video from team Tester after “are you fucking kidding me” and drop details on something insane happening politically in your neck of the woods or related to your campaign.

  • Stitch this video and discuss Elon Musk’s role in this current election i.e. share your opinion.

Creative content concepts to try

“HOW I REMEMBER BECOMING FRIENDS” TREND: This trend has permeated feeds on Reels and TikTok. It has creators using this audio, and following this slow-motion format, to showcase the immediacy in which they become BFFs with their BFFs upon meeting. This can easily be applied to BFFs within the political space, whether they be elected officials or advocates.

“BUSINESS, BUSINESS, BUSINESS” AUDIO: While this audio is largely being used in meme form to highlight the experience of having ADHD at work, it can actually be used to do a whole lot more. Those methods:

  • It can be used to showcase activities that happen at work i.e. business

  • It can be used to showcase accomplishments from an office [three accomplishments illustrated x the audio]

  • In reverse, it can be used to point fun at those that don’t actually do any work when elected but claim to with grandiose statements

“SOMETHING NEW, SOMETHING FRESH” AUDIO: This audio is energy x a million. It’s also one that you can use to point to something new and something fresh. It could be a merch launch from the campaign, it could be a policy proposal, it could be a resource/website for constituents x a video showing how to access it. Overall, the audio should be used to shine a light on something new and positive from your POV.

“YOOHOOOOOOO” TREND: If you’re looking to make viewers aware of an upcoming event or a launch, this is a trend to consider. We’ll warn that it does require a group of people to make it happen. In practice, the trend looks like this and uses this audio that we’re 75% sure comes from Snow White [cannot confirm or deny].

AESTHETIC INSTA REELS AUDIOS

INFLUENCED

Inspo for the road

You will absolutely catch us in the comment section of this Rep. Colin Alred video with Adam Kinzinger chanting bravo, because use of this classic TikTok audio is iconic. It’s the audio that TBH went viral at the very least 1.5 years ago, if not further back, that had creators sharing “alliances” they were forming or “collabs” they were doing. In this case, it’s a bipartisan alliance to kick Ted Cruz from office. For other races with big or meaningful endorsements [per the context of that race], using this audio to create a similar video would be an ace.
